Installation steps

Download the APK or web app. Visit our platform on your device and download the Android installer, or simply open our web address in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox.

Install and grant permissions. For Android, enable installation from unknown sources if prompted; for browser access, no installation is needed. Grant access to storage and camera if requested during account setup.

Register your lombaqq account. Create a username, provide your email and mobile number, and set a secure password. Verify your identity via KYC by uploading a photo of your ID.

Add a payment method and begin. Choose from DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or a direct bank transfer (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment). Your account is then ready to use.
App versus browser access
Our native Android application stores game data locally, reducing the bandwidth required for each session — a significant advantage if your connection is slow or you have limited mobile data. Push notifications alert you to game information updates, new tournaments, and account activity. iOS users accessing lombaqq through Safari or Chrome get a fast experience without the installation step; the trade-off is that each session requires a fresh connection to our servers. Both approaches are equally secure; your choice depends on your device type, storage capacity, and preference for offline functionality. If you value battery life and data conservation, the app is often the better choice; if you prefer not to manage installations, the browser path is equally valid.
lombaqq Android app works offline (with limits)
If your internet connection drops during a game session, the Android app can cache your recent activity and sync automatically when you reconnect. Browser access requires an active connection at all times.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and later on smartphones and tablets. iOS users can access lombaqq through Safari, Chrome, or Firefox on iOS 12 and later; no App Store installation is required. Desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Windows, macOS, or Linux are also fully supported. If your device is older and reports a version below these thresholds, you may need to check for system updates. Contact our support team if you are unsure whether your device qualifies.
Common installation issues
If you see a message about "unknown sources" when installing the Android APK, this is a standard security warning from your device. Go to Settings, find Security or Applications, and enable "Install from unknown sources" for your file manager or browser. If the APK fails to download or install, your device storage may be full; try clearing cached data or uninstalling unused apps first. For iOS browser access, if you encounter a certificate warning, this typically means your device's date and time are incorrect; check your system settings and adjust if needed. Clearing your browser cache can also resolve loading issues. Contact our support team via email if problems persist after these steps.
Data, permissions, and account security on lombaqq
When you install the Android app, we request permissions to access your device's storage (for offline game caching and faster load times), camera (for photo ID verification during KYC setup), and optionally your contacts (for account recovery). We do not share these permissions with third parties or advertisers. All communication between your device and our servers uses TLS encryption; your password is salted and hashed and is never transmitted in plain text. You control your password entirely; we offer a secure password reset via email or SMS if you forget it. Your account data is backed up daily and protected against loss or unauthorised access through role-based access controls on our infrastructure.
